1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "364ph," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform operating at 364ph.cam and all associated services, systems, and domains controlled by the operator.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses the 364ph platform, or uses any of the services provided by 364ph.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a Player on the 364ph platform, used to place bets, manage funds, and access services.

• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from a Player's 364ph Account to an external payment method designated by the Player.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional offer, free bet, bonus funds, free spins, or other incentive provided by 364ph to Players, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with 364ph and use our Services. If you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is illegal, you must cease using the Services immediately.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To register an Account with 364ph, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on official identification documents
• Valid Philippine mobile phone number
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Residential address within the Philippines

You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account with 364ph. Registration of multiple Accounts, whether under your own name or under different names, aliases, or personas, is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. If 364ph discovers that you have opened or are operating multiple Accounts, all such Accounts will be suspended or terminated immediately, and any balances, winnings, or bonuses associated with those Accounts will be forfeited. 364ph reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals pending investigation of suspected multiple Account violations.

2.5 Account Verification

364ph may require you to complete a verification process (commonly known as "Know Your Customer" or KYC) before you can withdraw funds from your Account. Verification typically requires submission of government-issued identification (such as a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID card), proof of address, and potentially proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in delays or restrictions on your ability to withdraw funds. 364ph will handle all submitted documents in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Password and Login Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all transactions, bets, deposits, and withdrawals made using your Account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any security breach, you must notify 364ph immediately through our customer support channels.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide and maintain accurate and up-to-date information in your Account profile. If your contact details, address, payment methods, or any other information changes, you must update your Account information promptly. 364ph is not responsible for any communication failures, delayed payments, or Account issues that arise from outdated or incorrect information.

3.3 Prohibition on Account Transfer

Your 364ph Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person or entity. Any attempt to transfer your Account to another party will result in immediate termination of your Account and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

364ph accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, and direct bank transfers from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 364ph's discretion. All deposits must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically processed instantly and will reflect in your 364ph Account balance immediately. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to process depending on the sending bank's processing times. 364ph does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider or bank may impose transaction fees beyond our control.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your Account verification status and transaction history. 364ph reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits in accordance with responsible gaming policies or anti-money laundering regulations.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests

You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses and verification of your identity. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your name. 364ph processes withdrawal requests according to our standard schedule, typically within 24 to 72 hours for verified Accounts. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are generally faster than bank transfers.

4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

364ph reserves the right to request additional documentation or information before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or when fraud or money laundering is suspected. If you have claimed a bonus, your withdrawal may be restricted until the associated wagering requirements have been met in full. Any attempt to abuse the deposit and withdrawal process (such as depositing and immediately withdrawing without placing bets) may result in Account suspension and investigation.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

364ph is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All deposits and withdrawals are monitored for suspicious activity. You agree that 364ph may refuse to process transactions or may freeze your Account if we suspect your activity violates applicable AML regulations. We may also report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine government authorities as required by law.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

364ph offers various bonuses and promotions to Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while the bonus is active, and expiration dates. These terms are displayed on the promotion page and in your Account when you claim a bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses awarded by 364ph are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before the bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus with a 25x wagering requirement on a ₱1,000 bonus means you must place ₱25,000 in qualifying bets before you can withdraw any winnings from that bonus.

5.3 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet toward wagering requirements, while table games, live dealer games, and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at lower rates (e.g., 10% to 50%) or may be excluded entirely. The specific contribution rates for each game category are stated in the bonus terms.

5.4 Maximum Bet Restrictions

While you have an active bonus, 364ph imposes maximum bet limits to prevent bonus abuse. The maximum bet per spin or per round is typically ₱100 to ₱500 depending on the specific promotion, but you should always refer to the specific terms of the bonus you have claimed. Exceeding the maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.5 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

364ph reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and terminate Accounts if we determine that a Player is abusing bonuses or engaging in fraudulent activity. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, engaging in collusion with other Players, employing betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, and any other activity that violates the spirit of the promotion.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 364ph platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing your bets before confirming them. 364ph is not responsible for errors you make when placing bets, including incorrect stake amounts, incorrect selections, or duplicate bets. If a game or sporting event is canceled, postponed, or abandoned, bets may be voided or settled according to the specific rules of that game or sport.

6.2 Sports Betting Settlement

Sports bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the governing body of the sport or event in question. If an event result is changed or overturned after initial settlement (e.g., due to a ruling by a sports federation), 364ph reserves the right to re-settle bets accordingly. Settlement times vary depending on the sport and the availability of official results.

6.3 Palpable Errors

If 364ph determines that a bet was accepted at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical error, human error, or system malfunction, 364ph reserves the right to void that bet and refund the stake. Similarly, if game outcomes are affected by software errors or malfunctions, the affected game rounds may be voided.

6.4 Fair Play

You agree to use the 364ph Services in a fair and honest manner. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: exploiting software bugs or glitches, using automated betting software (bots), colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, and engaging in any form of cheating or manipulation. 364ph employs sophisticated monitoring tools to detect irregular betting patterns and unfair play. Violations will result in Account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and potential legal action.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 364ph platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Underage Gambling: Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your Account.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, providing false information, or engaging in any form of fraud or deception.
• Money Laundering: Using the 364ph platform to launder proceeds from illegal activities.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one Account with 364ph.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or other skill-based games.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting odds discrepancies or bonus offers across multiple platforms to guarantee profit.
• Software Exploitation: Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue with 364ph customer support. Unjustified chargebacks will result in Account termination and potential legal action to recover losses.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by 364ph

364ph reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time if we reasonably suspect that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of our platform. During a suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. We will investigate the matter and notify you of our decision.

8.2 Termination by 364ph

364ph may terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if we determine that you have committed a material breach of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in illegal activity, or otherwise acted in a manner that is detrimental to 364ph or other Players. Upon termination, any remaining Account balance may be forfeited if the termination was due to fraudulent activity or Terms violations. If your Account is terminated for reasons not related to fraud, 364ph will return any remaining balance to you after deducting any amounts owed to 364ph.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting 364ph customer support. If you choose to close your Account, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees or amounts owed. Account closure requests may take up to 7 business days to process. Once your Account is closed, you will no longer have access to your transaction history or Account information, so we recommend downloading any records you wish to retain before requesting closure.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

364ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. We provide tools and resources to help Players manage their gaming activity and seek help if gambling becomes a problem. 10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 364ph platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of 364ph or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the 364ph platform without prior written consent from 364ph.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The 364ph platform and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 364ph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 364ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your use or inability to use the Services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of your Account; (c) any interruption or cessation of the Services; (d) any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Services; or (e) any errors or omissions in any content or material. In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is not permitted, 364ph's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Internal Complaint Process

If you have a dispute or complaint regarding the 364ph platform or Services, you must first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication with our support staff.

12.2 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

12.3 Arbitration

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center or a similar recognized arbitration body operating in the Philippines. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

13. Changes to Terms

364ph reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on the 364ph platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were last revised. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 364ph platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the platform and close your Account.
